Euro-Reef RC-250....anyone here have one?

I just got mine in today for my tank, I was looking for feed pump recommendations. the tank is a 180 + 100g fuge + 10+/- gallons in the sump, I figure between 280-300 gallons total since I'm not sure how much was lost due to displacement.

What pump do you recommend I use to feed it?

Also I have heard conflicting opinions on how much it should take to feed the skimmer, i have heard answers between 1 and 2.5 times the tank volume.
