fanworm id?

Don't know if it's a cluster of fanworms or not, but tryin to figure out what these are. They have lived on my rock since I purchased it from my LFS but they never really flourished till i upgraded my florescents to pc's recently.

they retract back into their tubes like they were fanworms, but just not sure.

i have something like that in my tank... i guess mine are just a little bit yellowish... i found out they're hydroids ... not the jelly kind.

I can't tell the scale from the picture, but if they are small they may be hydroids.

good call guys, they look a lot like these colonial hydroids.
