I got a few frags from a LFS and one piece had a little feather calupera on it, now it seems to be popping up in a lot of different areas of the display. Is there anything small that eats this stuff?

i have blade caulerpa in my tank and my tangs won't even touch it.. i clean out a ton of it every two weeks just to keep it under control.. my hermits and snails don't mess with it either(at least i have never had any noticeable loss)

limit your p04 and you will starve the algae.... do this slooooooowly if you decide to use gfo as you can bleach your corals before starving the algae of p04...... theres also vodka dosing which bolsters bacteria populations which feed off of p04 thus limiting its availability in the solution (and makes your skimmer go nuts :D )

Also I need to add a note of caution

When you go in to pluck this stuff you must make sure you dont fragment the algae. It will grow into new plants if you have good conditions to grow it.

If you got frags with algae on it and now you are seeing it pop up in places then you have let some of those good ol spores loose.

With a tank that size, I would take everything "contaminated" out. The tank is too small for a tang, and I have not heard of anything else being really successful. It may seem like it is gone, but months (or years) later it will come back when the nutrients are sufficient.
