Feeding algae sheets ?

Hello

I have gotten algae sheets and have been putting a peice in the clip each day for my rabbitfish. After 24 hrs i change algae sheet.

Should i be leaving an algae sheet in there everyday ? Should i change it every 24hrs ? Just wondering how everyone feeds algae sheets.

I have not faced this problem, my tangs consume the algae in a matter of a couple of minutes. Is the rabbitfish eating any of the algae sheet?

He is eating the algae sheet throughout the day. i may be putting in to big a peice, i have been making it smaller lately. The rabbit fish is the only one eating it, i just want to know will it foul the water and if i should change it daily or just leave it in the tank till gone.

Just keep changing it but go with a smaller peice until you find what he/she will consume in a day. You might want to try suspending it in the center of the tank by fishing line on a peice if scrap acrylic or pvc. I find they eat alot more when its away from the glass.
