feeding cat shark?

I just want to know how often should I be feeding my baby banded cat shark?
I have been feeding him ghost shrimp, silver sides, krill and squid. are these all proper foods for his diet? I have heard they only need to eat a couple times a week that just doesnt seem right, please inform me if I need to feed more often..

They only need to be once or twice a week. The reason for this is because these sharks do not spend their lives swimming around like balcktips and bonnitheads. They are mostly just laying around and waiting for it to get dark out or until its feeding time. I only fed my sharks twice a week. sometimes i would go three if i had company over and i wanted to impress them or something. Unless they start to look bad and really skinny then i would up the feedings but until then i wouldn't worry about it.
