Hi all,
since my last post I had almost all my clown eggs eaten, except for about 20. I recovered 13 fry but all I had for them was baby brine shrimp, which were too big for them. I also had some plankton tabs which I crumbled up but was unsure if they ate it. They all died within 4 days.

The adults have since laid more eggs (which exact species Im still to discover, I have put up some pics if you can help).

I am wondering if anyone can help me regarding what to feed them until they are big enough to take BS. What is the opinion on liquid fry food ?

Any help will be appreciated,

Stan

Hi Stan. Nice looking clowns.

Your female is an orange-snout Black Ocellaris (Amphiprion ocellaris) and your male is a normal Ocellaris (Amphiprion ocellaris). Both fish are of the same species, just different variants.

Best,
Ilham
