feeding palys?

so ive heard aboutspot feeding palys with mysis shrimp, but i was at a friends house last night and watched him cut a tiny lil piece off a raw shrimp(grocery store) and feed it to a paly. he feeds the shrimp to his carpet and said the palys seem to really like it as well. what do you all think bout this? i just found it interesting and id never heard of anybody doing it before

Absolutely, remember its not like they are picky about whet the food is called, just whats in it. If you look at a chunk of shrimp it has alot more protein then a frozen mysis.
