I have been feeding my tank mainlly frozen mysis shrimp and my rose anemone frozen silversides. That is all i feed my tank. I dont have much in there right now. One clarki clown, rtba, green star polyp, skunk cleaner, and snails and small hermits. Im not sure what i should feed or how much or how often my nitrates are below 10ppm and i have been feeding once a day sometimes every other day seems like thats not enough but i dont want to overfeed.

A variety of foods is the best. I like to make my own food. Check out melevsreef.com he has a good homemade food recipe. We were able to find the seafood medely at our local Winco. Easy to make and saves you money over LFS frozen foods.

I can't wait till the winco gets built here! Winco is one of the few things I miss from living in Moscow.

OK, so i should just chop the seafood up and freeze it then add it to the tank? ARe they any certain things that are better than others such as scallops or certain types of fish?

Best way is to use a food processor and use the pulse button as you don't want to liquify everything just blended. Then just pout everything into either a ziploc bag and lay flat in the freezer and break off what you need when you need or my favorite is use a smaller sized ice cube tray and put the mix in there and then just use the cubes as you would any other frozen food.

I have heard that scallops can cause PO to raise, just heard but never proven that I have seen. Of course I don't use scallops.
