finally starting 110

I just put my live rock and live sand in my 110.how long should it take to heat this size tank up.It was 71.1 at start up.also, how long before adding fish,some say 3-4 weeks.Thanks for any advice that can help me along

One month minimum and something that depends on you to feed it more than what is growing in your tank.
