So, I'm sitting at my desk, and hear a splash... uh oh.
I get up and see water dripping from the light fixture. First thing I do is look completely around the tank, to make sure there isn't a fish on the carpet. Nope, no fish on the carpet, but I can't find my Solon Fairy Wrasse. Ahhh, there it is, in the left hand overflow. So, I get my step stool and pulling the durso out, careful with the net, not to let the wrasse go down the drain. Scoop it out and put it back in the display, WHERE IT BELONGS!!
So, for the next hour, I'm keeping an eye on the tank, watching for the wrasse to make an appearance, to make sure it isn't injured. Still haven't seen it. While watching, I notice that the Filefish is not out. It's ALWAYS OUT. It camoflages quite well, so maybe I'm just missing it. After spending a good 30 minutes looking for it, and not seeing it, I look in both overflows. Sure enough, it's in the OTHER overflow. DUMB FISH!! I just hope, in the 30 minutes or so, that the filefish was in the overflow, it didn't FORGET that it doesn't like Zoanthids, so far!!
Filefish is swimming around the display, as if nothing happened. Still no sign of the Wrasse. I imagine it'll come out when I feed the tank, here in a bit.
