Fish removal ideas

My tank is really starting to take off but I'm not happy with the fish I have. I have a royal gramma and two black clowns. I can live with the clowns but I really want to get the gramma out. I need ideas fueled but past successes...Let me know.

use a old 2 liter bottle cut the top off and invert it back in place some food in it and wait till you catch him. i will take it off you hands when you do

There are many techniques out there to catch fish without tearing your tank apart. I think one method for catching royal grammas in particular is to shine a light on them when they come out which stuns them long enough to be netted. Maybe give that a try for starters as you wait for others to chime in ...
