HI guys

I was the one that was real scruffy looking at the last meeting. I was wondering about your food recipes. I remember some of you guys were talking about flats and garlic. I was just wondering was good recipes, where to get the ingredinents, how to feed it to them. I have a yellow tang two clown a lm blemmie ND chromis. Thanks

This is the recipe that Kevin uses for his fish

Formula1 frozen cubes.
Freeze-dried plankton.
41-50 count raw shrimp, peeled.
Dried seaweed.
Crushed garlic.
