I downloaded Forum Runner on my android phone to be able to see Reeffrontiers. I can't get to the classifieds. Any ideas?

Why do you need something to access this site? I'm on my phone right now no problems. I can even see the classifieds.

I'm on my phone right now and just use the browser to access the site but the search bar covers the classified tab for me

Classified wont work on the apps. I use tapatalk and forum runner when on the go, but if I need extra features, I have to log into the main site.

On my phone, the classifieds are covered on the top tabs. But the column going down the right side, there is another classifieds tab.

Ha...I never noticed that one but you're right. And it works fine on the phone.

Tapatalk is specifically for use on Forums. The Classifieds are a separate format, not a forum.
