Frag question

Ok, I am fairly new in the world of corals..of any kind. I am learning tho, I have some zoo's and a sinurlara (spelled wrong I am sure) coral.

Now, if someone comes to you and wants to sell you frags..what would one expect to pay for frags? On average? I know there are tons of different kinds...but think on lines of the softies..and such..no hard corals...?

it depends on the region and species...

$5-15 are good/cheap prices

$15-20 are a decent ballpark if hearty sized frags

anything over $30 better have a good reason IMO

That is very good for LPS and soft corals. $25-$35 for a nice SPS frag in the NW and more at stores.

some stores i have seen sps frags cost as much as 75.00. I won't pay that much for a frag. not when you can find some one on r.f. who will trade or sell them for so cheap.
