Frag Swap

I have the left over pop and water from the picnic that I will bring. However, I will need some help lifting and carrying stuff from my car. My husband may insist on coming along to take care of that, but I know he will get bored, so if I can tell him I will have help he might not worry so much and let me go by myself. I am bringing a bunch of softy frags and a few SPS. Duane, is it alright if I show up a half an hour early and maybe you can help me get the livestock set up? I have a couple of plastic bins I am going to use for transport and display so should not be a lot of work.

I also will have the membership cards, but no posters yet. Not sure what we want them to say so they have not been ordered. Can someone bring membership forms? I was at Indoor reef yesterday and thought that I should have dropped off some cards, but I did not have any membership forms anyway.

I have not sent the cards for the members that signed up at the last meeting, just got the names earlier this week and my wrist was not in any shape to address envelopes. I will bring those to the meeting tomorrow and if they are not picked up I can drop them in the mail.

FYI, the customer service at indoor reef was awesome, much better than the last couple of times I visited, but the owner was there so maybe that made the difference. Looked like they were fixing up the store, all the FW stuff was gone and they were working on something new in that area. I talked to the owner briefly, but with the work in the new area it was hard to have a conversation over the power tools. I did thank them for being sponsors and they expressed their appreciation for us supporting the store and the hobby.

Anything else I need to do?

I have 100 stuffed envolopes already and will do more tonight.

I will always have some in my car and maybe others should? You never know if you meet a person at the lfs.

How much water and soda do you have Kris. I was going to pick some up tonight and Bob put a stop to it until I consulted you in the matter.

Aprox. 15 bottles of water and a couple 12 packs of pop, mostly cola and diet cola. Can you do a cooler with ice? That way I do not have to try to get some ice on the way. We also may want a bit more water and some different types of soda. I think I bought orange soda for the kids last time and it seems to be all gone.

Thanks for assuring you will help, I was sure you would but when I mentioned to my husband he wanted to be sure.

I have a navigator so I will just plug in your address. See you tomorrow.
