Frag Tank Question

I'm getting ready to set up my first frag tank and I had a couple of questions. What is the best glue/epoxy to use to set up my egg crate stand for my frags? I want to make sure that no chemicals leech out from what ever I end up using. Also does anybody know of any good websites, layout plans etc. for setting up a frag tank? In particular an SPS tank.

Why use glue at all? If you use pvc pipe and fittings, you can press fit them and use wire ties to secure the egg crate to the pvc framework. It will also allow you to revise it if/when needed. Just one idea....

The best frag tank lay out that Ive seen is the raceway design. It uses alot less plumbing to get good flow.
