I wonder about the toxins released when cutting through a coral. That is the first thing that comes to mind. I guess if you are cutting through a hammer and just cutting the base and no tissue, but like an acan or zoo's or a leather of some sort I believe would release toxins.
The idea came about after using my bone cutters to cut through rock so I can get rid of Greem hairy Mushrooms. Which I am happy to report that they are now living peacefully in my sump until they find a new home
Lol Jeff, I remember the rock I had as well. It would have been a nightmare to rid the rock of those things. Hopefully you got me all, they can tend to grow like weeds if they are happy..
Jeff,
I think most of the flex shafts have a paste type lubricant in the flex shaft.
You could use it like a wet saw But submersing it your tank may not be so good for the tank water.
I dont think you would get shocked, but the tool will rust in a hurry. In a matter of hours. Not to mention the lube contaminating your water.
Large Hammer and a very very very long screwdriver.. Dont miss. LOL
