Friend or Foe?

Anybody know what this is? It is white with feathery branches that open and close. It is inbetween the three frags, I saw it for the first time today.

if you look at the second picture. Look for the carpet anemone to the left. The frag at the right and the lowest part of the rock. It is just above it. It is white feathery look.

Wow, man, Its really hard to see. The first thing that pops to mind is a hitchhiking anemone. I almost looks like phymanthus anemone. Its really hard to tell. If you have julian sprungs invertebrates book, look on page 60.
Thats the best guess I can give you. I am going to save your photo and zoom up on it. If you want email me the whole photo un resized. I got broadband so its no big deal.

Sorry man, the picture falls apart before I can get zoomed up enough. Maybe the whole pic will help. Nikki will figure it out. She is the I.D. master. Maybe p.m. her for some help. Nah2o Heck she can tell what kind of beer from other countries, by just a little tiny pic. LOL

mmkeeper - does it move (obviously it moves, at it is in a new location per your post above), but I mean does it move like a nudibranch or sea slug, or does it act like an anemone? I can just barely make it out in the pic, and I might try to play with the photo a bit to see if I can get a better idea of what it looks like. Have you found where it moved to?

Each branch moves independent of each other. Kind of looks like it has a mouth like an anemone. It seems to have a harder or darker foot,leg,base. It looks similar to the sea cucumber pictured above. Its arms are brite white. I only saw it last night now it have hidden itself. It is only about 3/8 of and inch tall. I looked at some sea cucumber pictures and I think it mite be it.
