frogspawn is not extending very much

I recently bought a frogspawn and ever since i put it in my tank it hasnt been expanding much, I have 83 watts of compact florescent lighting, and im not sure what to do with my frogspawn....plz help

yeah, well not a ton but its the return from my skimmer

I would try moving it around and see what it does...it could just not like the spot it is in.

Also, how are you parimeters?

okay so i moved my pumps around because I really like how my rock is set up and its doiing much better
