Was wondering and anybody has purchased and of their frozen foods? If so any info you could pass on?

the person I got my pinktail trigger from used them and like them a lot..their product is fried dry block of food..so there is no water and is air tight sealed..this person had a full bag of plankton which is basically krill..will last about 6 months..now that i know my trigger devours this, I might have to rethink of buying in bulk.
