Fuge light?

Not sure it would be strong enough.

Here is what I use in a $5 clamp on fixture.
The bulb was about $28.

What I did was to go to the lighting section and go through all the bulbs and find one that runs at about 5k color.
This was equal to a 75 watt bulb in brightness at 15 watts.

I just went there and looked at all with the main idea of finding a led bulb that was at 5000k and low watts ( 15 watts).
Had to look for a while. Not many were 5000k.

What kind of macro are you looking to keep? You can do cheato with just about anything...
I run 2 t5's over my display fuge, but I have cheato in the sump with just a regular old fluorescent under cabinet light.

I really wanna go LED mostly to control heat & bulb longevity. I'll be keeping Chaeto & Flame algae. Thanks mfinn!! :)
I'll hit up Lowes tomorrow, I'm also needing a 30+ gallon Brute.

@IPisces I was looking at that today. But it's to long. My fuge area is only 14 1/2"
I'm really liking the clamp idea. Easy to move out the way if need be :) Just push! Lol

I'm using the LED that mfinn recommended. Since I swapped out the CFL I've seen increased growth of my chaeto and caulerpa.
