Fuzzy Mushrooms

I have read so many different points of view on FMs and their care. What do you feel is the proper feeding care for FMs? I currently feed brine, mysis and cyclopeze and supplement with phytofeast. I have read that people feed silvers to their mushrooms, should I do that?

silversides are too large... and quite unnatural. The FMs like anemones fed the same will usually regurgitate the oversized prey after the lights go out at night.

Mysis are more like the larger end of natural plankton they would get on the reef (ala amphipods)
