Gbta "doughnut"?

I found my new green bta on it's face and lifeless. When I pulled it out of the tank it had a hole through the middle of the foot all the way through the mouth in a straight shot. I have never seen that. Anyone seen something like that?

No, thats really weird!

doesn't sound good. i've never seen that exactly, but i have seen them just start disintegrating from the foot. once you've got that kind of damage, it's unlikely to recover. keep your water in great shape, clean, stable, and hope for the best. when it starts to turn to straight mush, get it out and flush it.

In the end I think that's it. But it was definitely dead. It was on it's oral disc and was falling apart a bit as I moved it. It was just a little weird
