My GBTA has been relatively healthy, but lately I have noticed he has a brown color in a couple spots, does anyone know what this is??
GBTA turning a little bit brown in spots?

Need a picture to really give you good information. Just off the cuff, it sounds like the anemone was bleached out when you got it, and its regaining its zooxanthellae, which are the brown spots you are seeing. If this is the case, its actually a good thing as the anemone is healthy in your tank.
