Getting Choked by PVC

Had a little plumbing project in the garage today. I was working with 1'' and 3/4'' PVC.
I got to looking at the inside of the fittings. ( I know weird hu)
I cant believe we are getting any flow out of these fittings at all!!!!
This is for the return line for the frag tank.
I'll bet I doubled the size of the opening





even got bigger on the inside



I did find some thin wall at HD. I couldnt believe the difference.



This is the 1/2'' that needed smoothed a bit





A dremel tool is a great little gadget.

see now, this is why I idoloize this guy ( sometimes)(lol). who the heck thinks of these things at this level? most of us are just happy enough with the way things are presented to us, and dave always asks why not make it better if he sees the need.
