I run carbon and GFO and estimate that I go through 2-3 of BRS' 2lb containers in a year.

We runs them both. Currently we have the top of the line BRS stuff for both GFO and GAC and we run the recommended amounts for our water volume. We change them about once a month. They both seem to be doing their job well.
