i am ready to aquascape my 110 tall tank, and I would like some tips for aquascaping. I have 90lbs of lalo rock and some sand. I would like tips on how to secure the rocks and also some good ideas to keep good flow going throughout my tank. Any tips would be appreciated Thanks

I'll have to find a link that Nikki posted that showed how Mike (Mojoreef) did it, but I simply rely on balancing rocks. Not the best idea, but it works great for me. I'll try frind that link when I get home:)

I use a bow saw (like for tree limbs) a cordless drill, and tie straps.
One thing to remember is make sure a tightly closed fist will fit all the way around the live rock stack between the glass. A open stack is much better for flow.

Don't do a rock wall like I currently have. I'm actually taking down all of my rock tomorrow and using egg crating and zipties to create a much more open and interesting aquascape. I can post a picture of what I am doing tomorrow if that can help you with some ideas.

I just mess around with the rocks. Experiment here and there. Took me about 30 min. Just go with your gut feel.

I kinda tend to look at the rock itself and see how it was laying in the ocean before it got broke loose. ( you will see a brokin side ) I try recreate how it was laying naturally. Just make sure that you have nice holes/caves everywhere. larger size rocks work the best for what I like.

well i just mess around with it for like 30 mins or more or i try looking at what other people have done for aquascaping and then i try to kind of do a similar thing :p (you should check out my buddy Krish, he always does awesome aquascaping)
