Green Mandarin's Playing (Courting)

Today is a good day! One of my Green Mandarin Females is FINALLY playing (Courting) with my Male. My 2nd female is still hiding in the corner from him. So far she has made advances to him and he show some interest back by displaying his dorsal spine and NOT attacking her. Can't wait to see if they spawn. Not easy to get Mandarins to spawn in captivity! Although the eggs won't make it do to my Closed Loop System (5800gph) in my 180G.

From what I've read they will do the deed about an hour after lights out. If you hear a splash, check the topwater with a flashlight for eggs

will do. I caught them playing this morning before my actinics came on. Didn't see anything during the day/evening though.
