To justify the shipping cost, a minimum of 6 flats would need to be purchased. I am going to buy 3 flats.

For frozen food, it is a whopping $45 (for 2-3 flats) which the owner cannot control. It is controlled by Fedex, however the more we can fit into a box, the less ice packs will have to be used, which reduces the weight, which reduces the shipping costs.

I believe he sells cyclopeeze as well.
