Hairy Mushrooms

How would you know if a hairy mushroom is starting to split?

Mouth start looking elongated. Mushroom seems to be growing more on one side. You could always quarter it and help it out.

Well I looked a little closer and decided to give a little pull and now I have two hairy mushrooms on two seperate rocks, How Cool.

I have some brown/green hairy mushrooms,I started with one little one and now eight months later I have seven with one in the process of splitting... They are self propagating... anyone want a mushroom... :lol: no seriously,do you? :lol:
