halide help

I am having a little problem with my halide. I have a 75 watt hqi mh that for some reason stopped firing. I also noticed that when I try to turn it on it flips the circuit its plugged into. Anyone out there have any idea what might be happening? please let me know...thanks...

Sounds like you have a short that is tripping the breaker... May need to have an electrician look at it if you aren't familiar with the wiring of the light fixture and see if they can find what's causing it. Just a thought
