halide light schedule

What photo period does everyone use for their halides and fluorescents? (ie 12 hours for T5 actinics and 8 hours halide during the middle of the actinic period)

Cy or Tim, I am interested in hearing what you use on your display tanks at Barrier.

I run 1x250w 20K Helios 5 hours over my 24g

PC's come on at 12:00pm and go off at 9:30pm. Hallides go on at 1:00pm and go off at 8:30pm. I increase each by an hour in the summer (I'm usually home more )
