Question whats the best place to place them? I'm having trouble finding a place for it. I have its base in bettween the rock work but its not doing so well also. I have beaming light (500 Watt MH 72 gallon bow) so its kinds in a lower lit area. Any one with some exsperience can help me with this please.

I've got mine in indirect lite, but still in a good enuf current for it's tentacles to sway in the breeze. It's almost down on the bottom of my tank. I wish I had a better pic to show you! :(

I'm assuming you have a couple of 250W halides as there is not a 500W bulb. What is the distance from the bulb to the coral? Anywhere from 18" to 27" from the bulb should provide plenty of light for all Euphyllia species of corals.

HTH,
Kevin

My little resource guide says they can be up to 34 inches from halides, and up to 22 inches from florescents.
