Hi All-

Chris and I are going to LA to cherry-pick four wholesalers on Monday. We are also going to tour 10 different stores between the Airport and Long Beach. Hopefully, we will get some good ideas for how to improve what we do. Anyone who has a special request please email, pm, or phone it in by Sunday night. We will take this compiled list with us and fill as many items as possible.

Thanks for going extra mile to provide superior selection!

Good Luck CY, Sounds like a awesome trip. Thanks for all you do to make this Hobby Fun. I am hearing more and more talk of rare chalices. It seems every area has different colors or morphs. Chalices often do well and grow fast. Good Luck!:)

What a haul....We are sending back some crazy stuff. If you can, come by and check this stuff out thursday evening or friday for the best selection. Chris and I picked three orders today, at three different wholesalers.

Here are some of the highlights-

Insane Ricordea yumas

Lithophyton...this piece is huge and a colorful tealish/green and pink
Zoas and Palys (finn...you'll join skinz in heaven) Yellows, Blue with green eye, funky pinks, Australian, Orange w/ blue eye, Blue Hornet etc
Fountain Head Feather Dusters (never had before)
Tunicate Colony (new and so cool)
Tiny Black Burr Puffer
Lg Gorgonians
Insane Rainbow Acan (this equals anything we've seen...similar to Zesty Juicy Fruit)
Pink Eye Favia
Neon Orange Patterned Brittle Star
Aussie Moselya
Purple w/ Yellow Lemnalia
Crazy Color Fungia/Cycloceris Plates
Couple Acros
Green Striped Clove Polyp
Red Head Psuedo
Catalina Goby

These orders will filter in all week but everything will be on display by thursday early evening:)

Sorry for the brief and cruddy photography. The wholesalers aren't too big on folks taking tons of pictures. They ok'd these though.

Just one of three tanks with cultured ultra T. maximas.

Chris is hard to please. Not even a couple hundred Blue Tangs got him very excited:(

The Flaming Prawn Goby did though. Too bad you can't see him smiling:)

Yes we are. We've hit at least ten stores since we left the wholesalers. Some were nice and others...well you know. We also went to The Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach. Also a very nice aquarium. I have some pics to post. We leave LA Wednesday and are stopping at one more store and one more wholesaler. Possibly some more stuff to send home;)

Pictures from The Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach. (Sorry iphone pics)

Their Reef Tank. Really nice. One of the prettier, mature, large reefs I've seen at a Public Aquarium.
