I think it is sense to the right of it. There is a mini one. Looks like I'm taking that rock out. The other one I left out for a couple of days and put it a bucket full of water And haven't even seen it come out to find were to burn

Yup!! Usually when you find one, you find a couple more. They multiply like crazy!! People kill them by injecting them with boiling water through a syringe (among other stuff), the use of peppermint shrimps, some butterfly fish etc. You have to get a hold of them early before they take over. Aiptasia as well as mojanos which resemble them. Maybe get a peppermint shrimp and see if he'll do some house cleaning for you. :)

josh,

if you can remove the rock, take a screwdriver and pop it out...they are easy to remove and the only sure way of it not coming back.

Yeah ill do that when I'm back from din din. But jeez sounds like the odds are against me right now. Oh and Krish would a normal box knife blade work for scraping the coralline algae of to put in my tank.

dont't know if you meant me (Kirk) or Krish, but yes it will work.

How you confused me with Krish is beyond me...I'm better looking than Krish...LOL LOL...

agreed what floyd said....aptasia do not have "tubes" on them..these are good filter feeders

That beast doesn't look anything like the others I Just killed. I took Krishs advice and scraped the coralline off and screw drove them bye bye with your advice kirk. By the way nice to meet you. So after doing that I'm setting the rock in water with no current after I tap watered it for like 10 minutes and for good measures soaked it in lemon juice which I read works. Back to That beast its clear with a slight hint of pink, and has white little beads at the end of its tentacles. Someone on the form said its a harmless one? The biggest one I showed way earlier killed my f8 puffer cause he was limp in The water. But It's gone to.

Ok but in killing this guy is there a way to relocate the feather dusters. I really don't want to attempt to kill it, and not do it right, then have it spread through my tank. So I'd rather just scrap the rock. Or is there a sure fire way to get ride of it with out my tank suffering to

If you get something that eats them then they can do the work for you. Otherwise, you may have to sacrifice the rock if you don't want to chance injecting it and missing.

What shrimp did You say would do it. And is it safe to put it in The nano, then relocate it to the main display when its done cycling and when I order my dwarf seahorse
