Bill what is it for? thermal adhesive you can buy at FRYs, they have lots... make sure these ones are with part a and part b. If not, i got mine from hardware stores using JB weld part a and b. Aluminum heat sink depends on your use... if its the same as mine for linear LEDs then i went to hardware also.
