help.....actinic lighting

Can someone please tell me what/ if there is a difference between the coral-life 420 blue actinic and the 03 actinic? I've been told that the 03 is what I need, but I have 1 power glo 1 aqua glo 2 coralife 420 actinics. I don't think I'm getting the right colors (they're not as briliant as others I've seen) to make my tank the way I think it should look. Can someone please help?????

as far as i know ther is no difference. I have used the Blue Moon bulbs before with outstanding success. They last longer and there blue sprectrum covers the 420 nm thru the 460 nm, all benificial to the corals. The wider spectrum is also a little more visible which is more pleasing to the eye
