Help..advice on helping leather coral

I have had this devils hand leather coral for a couple weeks now and had been growing good. The other day I noticed a large black spot in the middle of the coral now it seems it is getting worse. I attached a couple pics. Any suggestions on its problem or what I need to do to fix it is greatly.appreciated.

Could you try attaching the pics again?

I would guess it is a disease of some kind and would recommend fragging the healthy parts off and discarding the part with any black on it.
