I found this thing in my tank while cleaning it. It is red in color with little tentacles.

Looks like those worms that burrow into and live in the rock that put out those long tenticles to feed. I think they are called spagetti worms. Thats what it looks like to me although I havent seed pics of red or orange ones.

So I was a little slow at typing
 
Not in my opinion. They can irritate zoas but they dont usually come out all the time. I have them, they eat detritus supposedly
 
Thanks for the help everyone. I searched spaghetti worm and found another thread about it. I think it might actually be a hair worm I was reading a link returnofsid posted and the hair worm had the little tentacles along the whole body like this one and are red in Color. The spaghetti worm only has tentacles in the front.
