I was cleaning my tank and i noticed these eggs on my thermometer can you tell me what they are

Pairs are not necessary. Those are snail eggs.

they appear to be dove conch eggs, great hitchhikers and algae eaters! I have tons as they have been reproducing in my nano for 4 months, never hurt a thing and reproduce like crazy!

I have a bunch of small snails that i didnt buy so im thinking thats it how long do they take to hatch
