help me save my new powder blue tang

lfs that i bought him at told me not to qarintine him because they were sure he was ich free well not to days later he has spots on fins and is developing them on his sides. they told me to treat my tank with metrodozonale but that does nothing to cure the real problem as far as i know. i have a 30 gallon qaurintine tank my only question really is 30 gallons big enough and what do i treat with last time i treated a powder brown with cupramine he died found out after further reading this and powder blue have bactiria in ther stomach that copper kills and messes them up now that i have introduced ich into my tank i have to get everyone out for how long should i use somthing like paragaurd or hyposalinity if i loose anothe 100 dollar fish im gonna flip help sorry about my spelling just to lazy to correct it right now

Your going to need a qt whether you hyposalinity treat or copper treat.
