help my anemon died

my anemone died today while I was at work Will my anemone crab be ok? Am new at reef tanks. Don't want to loose it too!

WELCOME TO REEF FRONTIERS!!!

They require a lot of plankton in suspension so if your tank is well established (which I hope it was or you shouldn't have had the anemone), there should be plenty of this food for it. I had one that would even eat mysis shrimp.

To start with, Welcome to Reef Frontiers!! Sorry to hear about the loss of your anemone!! That really sucks!! Unfortunately, I don't know a lot about Anemone Crabs, so can't answer that particular question. Do you know why your anemone died? A lot more information about your tank might help us be able to answer that question for you. Hopefully someone with more knowledge of Anemone Crabs will jump in and answer that question soon!!

They do not require an anemone and will host in LPS corals most notably members of the Euphyllia family.
