Help on Direction of This Setup

I just acquired This 70 Gallon Acrylic (needs to be buffed?) setupfor free (but I am sure it will cost me by the time it is up and running :ranger

My main question is how this Filteration works and needs to be setup. I know he said there is no pump (So there goes my free setup LOL)
but everything else is there:
-UV
-Protein Skimmer
-Hoses
-Bio Balls
-Three part Sump setup

Any direction to websites on how tos for setting up the bio ball acrylic sump?
