These are things such as cleaner shrimp, sexy shrimp, coral-banded shrimp, etc. Basically, crustaceans which are of an ornamental (think of x-mas tree ornament for your fish tank) nature.

should i be worried about a bird wrasse with my cleaner shrimp ive got a colony of about 8. will the bird about 4-5 inch big start attacking my shrimp.

According to Scott Michael, yes. I always go by the theory, if it will fit in their mouth, they will eat it. .

There's no guarantee. I've heard of non-safe fish being safe sometimes. However, I would say that there is a 95~99% chance that it will eat your shrimp.
