Help with fish with Ick

I know what I have to do to treat them, but I am needing some advice as I get the hospital tank set up. I already lost a small Kole tang who was hit hard. The others are eating well but have spots. My Flame Angel has spots on his body, but he is larger. Some strange behavior starting to happen.

I have soaked good food in garlic guard, ginger and metronidazole. Turned the temp up to 79.0 and have been doing 5 gallon water changes everyday for a few days.

Is there anything else beside pray that I can do until the hospital tank is up and going.

thanks, I have read them both. I am just concerned with the hours until they are in the tank and the few hours after. Is there anything possible to do or it just sit and hope for the best.
