Stang69
OFR!
This is gonna be a progress post about the setup and stuff of my tank. This tank has been in the works now for a year or so and is added to as money allows. I got the rock in today thanks to a good buddy of mine. He donated the rock to the Stang69 Reef Project and I appreciate more than he will ever know.
I will start by saying this is a 60x18x24 tank built by IAP here in Bremerton. The stand and Halide canopy were also built by them. The sump was made by Big T and he did a great job on it. It is 48x14x18. Skimmer is a GEO skimmer run with a Mag 12. The closed loop is run by a ampmaster 3600 with dual 1.5 intakes and 4 returns of 3/4th inch. Return pump is a mag 12 also run up and thru dual 3/4 returns.
Lighting is 440 watts of VHO run with a PFO ballast. I also have dual 175 AB 10 k bulbs run with a (much as I hate to admit it) Custom Sea Life Ballast. This will be upgraded after the holidays as I have a dual 250 watt pfo ballast waiting on bulbs.
Water is filtered thru a Kent Marine double cannister ro with a DI on top.
The rock wont stay arranged like this I know Ill change it prolly a dozen times before im happy with it.
My photo editing skills suck so if the pics are too small or whatever yell Ill try to fix em
I would also like to thank Big T and Lake Ed for puting up with my questions and my Im not to shure I wanna do it this way moods.
Let me know what ya think
