I've built all 3 of mine and was just wondering if anybody built their own stands and hoods? Got pics?

WOW! those are awesome! How long did it take to make that huge one?

a little less than a week, but my dad is a custom cabinet maker.

My 270 stand is about 80 percent complete now no pics yet but I can say I think I over did it I think the stand alone ways 300 pounds I saw yours and wondered if I should have used less wood I guess I just wanted to be safe being that about 3000 pound are going to be sitting on it. I will get some pics soon.

My grandfather built mine, out of solid oak, and its great!! I will have to take pics of it at home.

We built our stand and canopy from scratch in about 2 weeks. Nothing special... and we need better pictures. But, I thought I'd share too!
