how do i shut-up my overflow?

lol my overflow is really loud..so i was wondering how i can make it quieter bcuz its in my room and its really noisy

If you don't already have a durso stand installed....install one. It'll dramatically quiet it down.

What part is noisey? Where it enters the sump with belching sounds or in the overflow itself where you can hear the water draining? Any chance to get a pic of the setup? May be easier to pin point a problem and offer a solution

lol its where the water enters the overflow...lol im alittle embarassed because I did a pretty bad job and messed a few things up...lol but I might get a pic up alittle later
