I am gonna buy a 5lb co2 tank to setup my calcium system, but then started wondering, how long will it last? I don't want to have to refill it every week.
How long does a CO2 tank last on average?

Well, if you use don't tighten the connection well enough like I did...TWICE!

My wife is paranoid about stuff like that so I definately won't let that happen. Thanks for the input Mike, I wanted to get a small co2 tank, but just wanted to make sure that it would last for a while.

5 pounds is quite ample and cheap to fill. Will last you a loooooooooong time. I use a 5 pounder on my HUGE reactor

i suggest replacing the funny paper washer every 3-4 months! thats what the brewer told me anyways
