I 've got a fair amount( of yellow colonial polyp's) and would like to trade with someone but other than breaking a piece of rock off or waiting until it grows onto an adjacent rock is there a fairly quick method to frag some so it could be ready after a few day's ? I was guessing maybe a sharp knife against the rock at the base and try to glue some onto another rock ? I've glued star polyps kenya trees and anthelia that way but never tried this before anyone done it ?

You can took some scissors or knife, cut them near rock and with glue put them on another rock. I do it like that ;)
Be worn that Zooes are poison . Put some gloves on yours hand

Will Try it with the gloves on thank's and if not sucessfull that way I will chisel away :)

Let us know how that works because I want to try it too. I have some zoo's really starting to spread nicely and if I can figure out a way to "frag" them I can start paying people back... :D

Hey, hows your tank doing anyways? Did you hold onto those polyps I gave you? We need a new full tank shot!

Well Some wer chipped off and placed/glued on to small pcs of rock got three frags so far only small amounts it's hard to get a decent quantity but the main colony barely looks touched and will grow back fast I am sure it work's :) I'd post more pictures but I cant figure out how to do anything but upload into my photo gallery would love to know how other's do it (hint hint).
